Inspector? Never heard of it.

Have you ever used Get Info panels in OS X and found you have to close each one and then open another one? That can get old.
Luckily, there’s a semi-hidden feature on your Mac called the Inspector. It looks just like the Get Info window, but it dynamically updates as you select different folders and files. Take a look at the Snippet and see how to call up the Inspector.
The Inspector lets you view information for multiple files at one time. If you’ve selected two files and invoke the inspector you’ll get useful information, like the combined file size of the two files.
Don’t want to watch the screencast? Just select a file or multiple files in Finder and then hit Command+Option+I on your keyboard. While the Inspector is open you can click other files and the Inspector panel will update.
